Three Fundraisers for Fortuneswell Cancer Care
It started with a barn dance at Upwey and Broadwey Memorial Hall on Saturday 10th February with the Tree Fellahs. The following afternoon, in the Convivial Rabbit, in Dorchester, the fundraising frolics continued with Chimney Fish, Show of Fingers and then, to round off the afternoon, Moonfleet. On Tuesday, 13th February, in the Stable Bar, Drax Arms, Bere Regis, there was one last thrust, featuring Boodle, Paul Openshaw and the Bere Essentials. This combined effort raised £1400.00 towards the very worthwhile cause of “Fortuneswell Cancer Care”. Thank you to everyone who contributed. Photograph by Alfie Lumb.
